Given this new money a takeover on the cheap has become unlikely. It also signals that additional capital needed for growth is readily available.
Now we retail shareholders just need to wait it out. Either that or have fun trading around a core.

Great comment and agree. I would have hit the bid today but didn't have any dry powder.  Tomorrow I'll scoop some more. Only reason for the raise has to be an opportunity (or more than one).  It would make a lot of sense. I'm now down a fair amount overall.  But this is a long play.  I'm guessing that reverse split is going to happen at some point.  Too
