A little help for the deaf, dumb and the blind
We are witnessing a classic “Take-under”.
I am convinced that we will see a buyout offer in the very near future. It will be at a substantial premium to the currently suppressed share price and thus will look tempting to under-water retail shareholders BUT retail won’t decide the outcome.
As such I keep averaging down. Not something I usually do but this is too blatant of a SP suppression strategy not to take advantage of.

Solid theory. Msg bigger investment was it 0.66 so there should be nice premium into that if they arent involved. The have such a big vote on a BO offer.

Yeah, I'm still buying, if these dipsh..s want to sell their shares below cost, let them, If P/E and the board is in on this, they should expect to be like Trump and spend a lot of time/money in the courtroom.
