...but it's been over two weeks since DHS notification.

Might it not be prudent to, I dunno, support this news with sales NR's? Just putting it out there.

I'm not sure whether we should nickname Evans "White Flag", or "The Ostrich".(I.e. head in the sand).

It's like a nightmarish Seinfeld episode. I can almost imagine Evans walking around with the Penske file, sighing frustratedly so it looks like he's busy.

Yes. I wouldve never imagined dhs is not followed up by sales NR. Its not really about the sales NR details but that customers and investors get a feeling that we are in the business from now on. The mindset. But no. Cheapsales BO is all I can think coming.  I still cant get over peter talking down the dhs. He made it invisible, no follow up NR and basically saying its not helping the buz

The Penske file! LOL. As God as my witness, Night, I see no NR from XTRA this morning (again!) and I am just truly bewildered that we've not had a single sale to announce since our big DHS news. It's like they going out of their way to make it look like they're trying to submarine the company now. It's just astonishing to me the last 6 months. I've gone from feeling so positive

Yup, not seeing any DHS approval related announcements is frustrating BUT this doesn’t mean that there are no DHS related deals on the front burner. I think it’s simply a case of bad or even non-existent PR planning. XTRA had to announce the DHS approval as soon as they received it as it is a material event. Well said, kidl2. Wish I could say I was doubling my money at .80-1.00. And I unequivocally agree X1 has the potential to be a 10 bagger. All comes down to having the right people in place to convert business successes to traction in the stock market.  Not quite as confident in that regard.

Nightstocker Finding a microcap which is equally good in building a solid business and in promoting (not overpromoting) itself / enhancing shareholder value (SP) is the equivalent to finding the famous needle in the haystack.   I’ll always pick the business builder not from a trader but from an investment perspective as that’s a rare skill while good PR / IR is a readily available commodity

I believe a couple times now we have saved some big NRs for release right before a quarterly earnings call. Definitely last fall they announced Disney (without actually announcing it!) and Int'l expansion 3 days before the Q4 call. I believe we'll have the Q3 results on June 6th with call that day or next morning as we did for Q2. I hope there a few dewsie NRs to be let out of the bag the

Looking at the 3 month chart and the 6 month chart it was basically all downhill until May 1st where it seems to have bottomed at 44 cents. A slow move up has been present the last two weeks as we have bounced around the 48 - 50 cent range. Hopefully we continue with that trend but as with all smallcaps it's all about news. No news equals no movement in most cases. Here's to "news

Well this is exactly what peter said they have; "deals conditional for dhs approval" was I think the exact words. It might not mean that those were down to signatures but still weeks goes by.. also they knew the process and when receival was due. Rightfully they maybe calculated dhs itself having an impact and they have some time to boost it later but that opportunity vanished on big

@Davinator, I don't think you have to worry about adding to your position at this price. I give Evans credit in that it is extremely difficult to consistently bungle the stock side of X1 when the company is doing so well on the business side. IMO, he will eventually (probably accidentally ) do something that increases the SP above a dollar.
