Conference Call

If you didn’t listen to it live, you should listen to the replay. Especially the Q&A segment.

Wasn't a very large pool of callers in the Q and A , but it was nice to see they selected institutional investors for 2 of the 3 callers.  Past Q and A's have been retail investors who have a history of asking redundant questions (todays caller was case in point) or outright stupid ones (I.e. CMR status). Nice to see the CFO go on record saying Q4 is anticipated to be bigger and ...more

Night...I'll tell you what stuck out....Evans making it loud and clear to stop judging them by number of NRs! I fell like he was talking to us! So I'll shut up for a while about NRs. Pumped for this company tho and the silence and total lack of news drives me stir crazy!

Davinator, that lack of exposure is not just a concern to peons like us. Institutional investors are not dumping their client's dollars into companies that aren't transparent. I think a lot of questions brought up by Echelon and HC Wainwright were indicative of that lack of disclosure that you normally don't see in publicly traded companies. One thing in the CC has become very clear: They are actively going after EVLV and their attempt to “buy” contracts with vastly inferior technology. EVLV is backed by mega money. These guys aren’t used to losing. They will try to buy out XTRA.

@kidl2, I do not doubt it for a second that it has crossed their minds. That said, Evolv is facing a slew of lawsuits and federal regulator investigations...they may have some big fines to pay- or worse.  Will be interesting if they have the resources and stones to try for an acquisition. Cant shake the feeling that selling out to Evolv is like getting cash from a drug trafficker.

I'm trying to figure out what Xtract has been doing the last year or two , literally zero sales or other projects added to total revenues, my guess is we have more products in the pipeline, one can always dream.

We had 12 new contracts for this quarter. That's an average of about one new contract each week. Not bad. I am hoping this will continue to grow exponentially as we become more visible with pro sports teams et. all. This is a marathon rather than a sprint. Fingers crossed. Looks like the market makers were trying their voodoo again today.

Yup those were the main ones. Elasticity and Q4 being bigger. In last Q there was 3 institutions in Q and A, one more if I recall still thinking what to think about the ndas i.e customer policies in NRs. Peter adressed that once again. puzzled if the 3 teams are net new to X1 as a whole, as no msg. I think his wording would support they are non msg but not sure. bit dissiapointed on ...more
