"I will definitely be increasing my position as soon as the blackout period is over"
-Peter Evans, Xtract One Technologies, Q3 2023 earnings call.
This coincided with a significant pay raise- $762,528CAD.
Xtract shares have been as low as .45 cents since the blackout window expired, yet Evans hasn't purchased a single share.
So Evans has made no attempts to improve share price AND has made no attempts to improve his position. This can only mean one of two things.
- He is a complete idiot
- He is not a complete idiot, he chooses not to invest because he knows something we don't.
Two valid concerns at this point, IMO:
- He is holding off because he believes the price is going to drop further than .45
- He does not believe buying Xtract shares is a wise investment.
Maybe that thumping he took in Vegas was from an enraged shareholder who tried to beat an answer out of him...
