There is a method to this madness
A buyout / takeover makes the most sense and one which will be very beneficial to Evans, Hersh and other insiders in form of golden parachutes.
On the positive side … If nothing seriously nefarious is going on, most shareholders will walk away with sizable gains. Given XTRA’s huge target market and its impressive topline growth rate a forward looking buyer could easily justify a $250 Mil valuation.

P/E has an approval rating % that he has to meet or he will be replaced by the board, it's actually pretty high 85 or 90 percent, happened to Cronin

Personally, I think it's time for P/E to be replaced, investors and shareholders/shareprice have not been a priority and he's been in charge for almost four years.

Well that's not really a surprise, we probably disagree on most everything. He is unable to stabilize the share price, and we need someone who can take us to the next level with investors . He has diluted the share price multiple times . The only thing he is good at for investors is dilution!

Peter said Year ending numbers would be out in October, so investors will have to watch manipulation of their stock for five/six more weeks. Probably be down another 25-50 % just by waiting for numbers. I'm convinced now that he approves of this and is part of the problem . Vote no on any and all recommendations by P/E and the board .

Going by P/E s previous record, Probably won't hear any more news until year end numbers in October, then no more news until December, then probably a new dilution the first of the year. Vote no on any and all recommendations by P/E and the board. He doesn't need another raise till shareholders get one.

Like I said before, we don't agree on pretty much anything, but like you say To each his own ! I know how I'm voting my shares .

He sold millions of shares for pennies , below market value, with warrants, he doesn't know why the share price is being manipulated, won't do anything to bolster and build shareholder stability/value , he's definitely part of the problem. He needs to go or the dirt cheap buyout is next. Vote no on any and all P\E and board recommendations.

Like I said before, we don't agree on much of anything . Mark my words, if P/E is still here this time next year we will be having the same conversation .Probably after another dilution. Vote no on any and all P/E and board recommendations!

If you want to keep getting what you're getting, keep doing the same thing that you've been doing ! Good discussion Golden !

What else should he've done - if multiple dilutions is out of the picture?

Great question BBhulo. I'd like to hear an answer to that one. You need money to build and run a business. Nobody can say there hasn't been progress with new customers and income. We are on the move. Should we have not raised money and gone completely out of business? Makes no sense. Just fear mongering lame!

Used debt instead of dilutions. For many reasons.

At least from now on debt is the only acceptable method.

Davinator & Romulus 22: Given the trading pattern the final number shareholders will likely accept is $1 or maybe just north of it. Someone we likely already know wants this this company. Retail shareholders can yell and scream all they want. Most of them, me included, will happily cash out at $1 for commons and $0.30 for warrants.

"LOL" is not what I expected from you. No relply is often better than a "no nothing" reply.

You go right ahead and happily do so at a buck! Not me. And probably not a bunch of others who will be hitting break even around .90-1.00.

Those who need $0.90 or $1 to break even shouldn't be in micrtocaps and I very doubt they have enough shares to make any differnce in a pro or con buyout vote.
