There is a method to this madness

A buyout / takeover makes the most sense and one which will  be very beneficial to Evans, Hersh and other insiders in form of golden parachutes.
On the positive side … If nothing seriously nefarious is going on, most shareholders will walk away with sizable gains. Given XTRA’s huge target market and its impressive topline growth rate a forward looking buyer could easily justify a $250 Mil valuation.
Comment by Davinator on Aug 20, 2024 9:20am
I don't see any of that happening. Any buyout has to be voted on by us. In a million years I'm not selling out for a valuation that wouldn't even equate to 2X our current pathetic SP. I've been sitting on this stock for 7 years now so there's no damn way I'm selling for anything less than $2 a share at the absolute minimum and I think a whole lot of shareholders would be ...more

With respect Kidl2, I am not in agreement. By contrast, I am quite cynical and while PE might be self serving for a his golden parachute and the board (who I don't believe have as many shares as many of us do), he will face an huge battle with us shareholders that have held onto all these shares for many years. The opportunity cost we have paid for investing is ridiculous! He better fu'n ...more

P/E has an approval rating % that he has to meet or he will be replaced by the board, it's actually pretty high 85 or 90 percent, happened to Cronin
Comment by Redneck2 on Aug 22, 2024 11:38am
Personally, I think it's time for P/E to be replaced, investors and shareholders/shareprice have not been a priority and he's been in charge for almost four years.
Comment by Golden100 on Aug 22, 2024 2:03pm
disagree
Comment by Redneck2 on Aug 22, 2024 2:22pm
Well that's not really a surprise, we probably disagree on most everything. He is unable to stabilize the share price, and we need someone who can take us to the next level with investors . He has diluted the share price multiple times . The only thing he is good at for investors is dilution!
Comment by Golden100 on Aug 22, 2024 3:40pm
Not surprising you posted another negative post. If anyone were to look back on your posts it has been 99% negative for as long as I can remember. I question your timing as you always seem to appear when there is a coordinated short attack. Each to his own but I am suspicious of you. These attacks on share price are well coordinated and the negative posters seem to chime in just at the right time. ...more

Seems like investors are always waiting! He is making Zero effort to help investors with the share Price manipulation , he actually talks down to his retail investors, he and Lone Wolf look at investors as a nuisance, told investors he would not be releasing any information to bolster share price, has done multiple dilutions and somehow warrants the raise he was given. Thanks Peter but it's ...more
Comment by Redneck2 on Aug 22, 2024 4:53pm
Peter said Year ending numbers would be out in October, so investors will have to watch manipulation of their stock for five/six more weeks. Probably be down another 25-50 % just by waiting for numbers. I'm convinced now that he approves of this and is part of the problem . Vote no on any and all recommendations by P/E and the board .
Comment by Redneck2 on Aug 23, 2024 5:08pm
Going by P/E s previous record, Probably won't hear any more news until year end numbers in October, then no more news until December, then probably a new dilution the first of the year. Vote no on any and all recommendations by P/E and the board. He doesn't need another raise till shareholders get one.
Comment by Golden100 on Aug 23, 2024 6:27pm
While I appreciate your well thought out strategy  I think I will stick to the fundamentals of the company. Peter has said a number of times now we are very close to cash flow break even. That would make financing and dilution much less likely unless a huge opportunity arises to expand our business.  We are now certified with DHS, the TSA and the FAA Safe Skies. That adds huge ...more

Like I said before, we don't agree on pretty much anything, but like you say To each his own ! I know how I'm voting my shares .
Comment by Redneck2 on Aug 23, 2024 7:25pm
P/E has done the heavy lifting, now it's time to take the company to another level. Per his resume, he doesn't stay at a job for more than 2 or 3 years, he is well past that. My gut tells me he is just getting us ready for a sale, hence  the disdain for his retail investors. He's not going to stay and run the company and build shareholders value, he's shopping us around and ...more
Comment by Redneck2 on Aug 23, 2024 7:39pm
He sold millions of shares for pennies , below market value, with warrants, he doesn't know why the share price is being manipulated, won't do anything to bolster and build shareholder stability/value , he's definitely part of the problem. He needs to go or the dirt cheap buyout is next. Vote no on any and all P\E and board recommendations.

So if we have a good quarter in October do you still stand by your send Evans to the gallows plan? Seems like it might be  prudent to see what happens before pronouncing sentencing and execution. Really. It's not that far away. I truly believe we will have a much more clear perspective of where we are headed. I have also said I would retract my comments if we can't see a clear path or ...more

P/E has  had many opportunities to increase and strengthen shareholder value , he has refused to release any information that will help..He has flooded the market with millions of (side deal), below market shares .We need someone who is working with investors instead of against them. The market manipulation has now become normal to his investors. We need a leader who will take care of the ...more

Ok. I asked a simple question. If this turns out to be a good quarter will you admit you were wrong or will it prove that you are just on an Evans witch hunt. You continue to cast aspersions about Evans as a way to create doubt among investors. I say to  investors give it till the end of the next quarter then make a decision. Thats what shorters do. They try to  create doubt and scare ...more

Golden I have all kinds of time for you.  You've helped talk me off the ledge with this company more than a few times when I'd been really been doubting it 18+ months ago before Peter really started ramping up the sales to more material levels over that time.  I don't think many people here have any issue with what Peter has done on the business side.  He's knocked ...more

First of all thanks for that respectful response to my posts. I am only asking to withhold judgement till after this next quarter. Based on the progress made by the company as of late my hope is we will get a clear understanding if this will take us to another level. If we are anywhere near cash flow positive and have a decent increase in new customers it will be difficult to hold the sp down. I ...more

I disagree, he has been given a lot of patience, almost 4 years of it . If he's not willing to make a major effort to deliver stability and value to his shareholders, the shareholders need someone who will, when I hear it doesn't matter if I try it won't make a difference, that just means he quit! If he wants to quit on his investors, he needs to go . It's not that hard for sales ...more

And I disagree with you. You can publish wins and try to promote this stock till the cows come home but we do not have the resources and big enough pom poms to make a real difference.  Any announcements in the past were quickly eaten away by shorters.. Our only hope to get out of this is to build a strong business with strong financials and that is exactly what Evans is doing. No one is ...more

Like I said before, we don't agree on much of anything . Mark my words, if P/E is still here this time next year we will be having the same conversation .Probably after another dilution. Vote no on any and all P/E and board recommendations!
Comment by Golden100 on Aug 24, 2024 12:20pm
Wow that's quite a prediction for a year from now. And that is based on emotion and frustration. I prefer to make my decisions based on facts. We are at the mercy of shorts and a corrupt market. The proof to move forward will only come with strong financials and a company with strong growth. That is coming. Again everyone make a decision after this next quarter not because Redneck has nothing ...more

I'm not making a commitment to you, or Peter ,,,,I made a commitment to Xtract One when I invested my hard earned money in all of their projects and ventures ( with and without P/E ),P/E is not Extract ,and neither was Cronin . What else should he've done - if multiple dilutions is out of the picture?
Comment by Golden100 on Aug 23, 2024 2:28am
Great question BBhulo. I'd like to hear an answer to that one. You need money to build and run a business.  Nobody can say there hasn't been  progress with new customers and income. We are on the move. Should we have not raised money and gone completely out of business? Makes no sense. Just fear mongering  lame!
Comment by Bullseye123 on Aug 27, 2024 8:59am
Used debt instead of dilutions. For many reasons.
Comment by Baxbax on Aug 27, 2024 9:03am
At least from now on debt is the only acceptable method.
Comment by kidl2 on Aug 20, 2024 11:15am
Davinator & Romulus 22:  Given the trading pattern the final number shareholders will likely accept is $1 or maybe just north of it. Someone we likely already know wants this this company. Retail shareholders can yell and scream all they want. Most of them, me included, will happily cash out at $1 for commons and $0.30 for warrants.
Comment by Davinator on Aug 20, 2024 11:19am
LOL!
Comment by kidl2 on Aug 20, 2024 12:22pm
"LOL" is not what I expected from you. No relply is often better than a "no nothing" reply.
Comment by Romulus22 on Aug 20, 2024 12:21pm
You go right ahead and happily do so at a buck! Not me. And probably not a bunch of others who will be hitting break even around .90-1.00.
Comment by kidl2 on Aug 20, 2024 12:29pm
Those who need $0.90 or $1 to break even shouldn't be in micrtocaps and I very doubt they have enough shares to make any differnce in a pro or con buyout vote.
Comment by Romulus22 on Aug 20, 2024 12:42pm
Bought in the early days of Cronin and averaged down. You're a pompous ###S!
