Bylaws require Peter to receive at least a certain percentage of voted shares, I believe it's 85 percent, that's how Cronin was replaced, he didn't receive percentage of votes needed to stay. Peter has almost 4 years, if he couldn't get it done in 4 , he's more than likely not going to get it done in 5 years. Time for some excitement around this stock . Votes probably won't

Redneck may be right. Not sure if votes are passed by the majority of actual votes. Apathy could be a killer if only a large amount of negative voters show up. Again I  implore all investors to vote on facts not emotion or fear. The next quarter should give us those facts.

No, Redneck is not right as my 60 Mil “against” vote example has shown. There is only one major shareholder (MSG) that I am aware of which could bring about change but they wouldn’t do this via a shareholders’ vote. They would do it quietly in a BOD meeting.

MSG is the only shareholder that P/E cares about, but they can't own more than a certain percentage of outstanding shares, they received a sweetheart deal from him for pennies with warrants. We have been diluted a lot by Peter and our share price reflects it . He is the only reason for our low stock price.

Give your head a shake...at that time, XTRA needed that strategic deal which has led to adoption of their tech across MSG Entertainment's venues. As I recall, although MSG didn't get a formal seat on the board, they were given a 'non-voting' observer status seat. IMO they are 'strategic' Expect their warrants to be exercised at a critical time if/when XTRA needs the funding. I hope that your small brain might comprehend what that means...

It means millions more cheaper shares, MSG  hasn't been around for very long, not as long as most shareholders on this board, but the majority of shareholders are getting diluted again and again. Peter needs to stop the dilution, period!

That's certainly why I bought 12,500 shares in this puppy last week. Through manipulation or mismanagement, this is a 60 cent stock that should be a dollar.  Fairly certain this is close to rock bottom- getting 40% should not be a problem!
