Thanks for posting Gesh!! Wouldn't it be great if they could simply change the date and republish that article, again and again and again? The folks at Devolv deserve every bit of the wrath tossed their way! And the timing is fantastic with release of the One Gateway...perfect? Take the gloves off Peter and go get em while they're on the mat. No mercy!

I agree that there may be many more articles about Mayor Eric Adams and his former deputy Philip Banks. However, I'm guessing that the name Evolve might not be primary focus as it was in the April article where they are completely exposed for the blatant corruption they're in the centre of. Let's hope their name continues to be prominent in future articles about this NYC mess
