EVLV is out of options

Now they have to buy XTRA. That or close up shop.Major XTRA share price battle in the making.
Comment by Humanist on Oct 25, 2024 3:16pm
I wouldn't want that for xtra right now.. bc a sale at this price is not good, i prefer that we grow organically for another 6 mths - 1 year. and grab all these contracts from evolv bc law suits alrady started.. the question is can xtra deal with the higher deman/volume are they prepared.. ? let's hope so. gl
Comment by kidl2 on Oct 25, 2024 3:58pm
Humanist: XTRA won't be sold at the current valauation and they can satisfy current equipment demand.
Comment by Humanist on Oct 25, 2024 5:13pm
that's true kid, but you know how it''s the big shark eat all the small fish , we're a small fish, so they'll try their hardest to get it at lower than what's worth.  I can't see them laying more than 1.30 max per share . Would you be happy with that . Unless you've held xtra at Pennie's a share and you own lots of shares.  fur anyone who bought ...more

I own a fair chunk of shares and warrants. You picked $1.30. Not sure why. Would I tender my shares for a clean all cash $1.30 offer right now? I wouldn’t but that doesn’t mean anything as there is a probably huge group who will make out like bandits at $1.30 insiders included. XTRA has a HUGEmarket pote4ntial  RIGHT NOW. Maybe too huge for their balance sheet?
Comment by TheGesharoo on Oct 25, 2024 8:34pm
Yeah, $1.30 ain't gonna happen. It's probably fair for us to be greedy here given all contexts. Have a great weekend longs, g
Comment by Humanist on Oct 26, 2024 12:15am
i picked 1.30 based on double the price of the stock where it's at now. that would be 100% over stock price.. why would anyone pay more. i hope i am tottaly wrong.  most of the times acquirers pay around 30 -40% more . anyway we're simply speculating.. so we'll all see it together when/if it happens. lol  have agood weekend.
Comment by MRG_WPG on Oct 26, 2024 8:24pm
I do not think Peter would want to let this go at $1.30 or anywhere near that right now because of all of the irons he has in the fire.  XTRA will be huge.  Peter knows it and we know it.  After all that hard work and all the patience from the investors $1.30 would not be a good offer.
Comment by Humanist on Oct 27, 2024 12:10am
agreed , and that's why in a previous pot , i said, i don't support a take over at all right now because of the potentail xtra has going for it especially now with the evolv thing going on..  when i invested in xtra i ddin't do it to get pennies gain, i beleived in the comapny and still do.  glta

Hey Kidl2, I was thinking the very same thing that EVLV may ended up buying Xtract One, keeping the Xtract One name and fire everyone at Evolve with the exception of a few. I don't see Bill Gates and Patton Manning taking such a hefty lost laying down. This totally makes sense why Xtract One stock is being manipulated and who is responsible.
Comment by Doorman23 on Oct 25, 2024 3:36pm
That came to my mind years ago!
Comment by Revenant on Oct 25, 2024 8:50pm
It would go against everything Xtract stands for. Evolv is morally bankrupt and  getting bought by those bottom feeders would destroy the company's integrity. Plus, in order to get approval from Xtract shareholders, Gates would need to open his wallet.. Evolv has been hemorrhaging cash...no way they come up with the $600 million minimum they'd need. (I think $3/share would be minimum ...more

I agree revenant. $1.30 won't cut it. I have been holding my shares for years at $1.68. I have been waiting and wanting more for sooooo long even 3 bucks is low..  I hope the rocket ride PE mentioned is beginning and evlv gets what they deserve from all their shady dealings. Good luck to all us longs who have watched in horror of the manipulation of this holding. Cheers

As much as it galls me to say it, don't count Evolv out just yet. These clowns have weathered 4 precipitous drops since the SPAC (30% or more over the course of one business week or less). All of these drops were a result of internal factors- unethical behaviour regarding test results,  exaggerating  the effectiveness of the technology, reducing sensitivity levels on their ...more

A big Trump Rally in Madison Square Garden today -- will that draw any interest in the Xtract technology?
Comment by Revenant on Oct 27, 2024 3:06pm
Ick...would want Xtract associated with Trump  even less than Evolv. But, I guess there is also no such thing as bad publicity....
Comment by Bullseye123 on Oct 28, 2024 9:35am
Why not? He is the one who is experiencing assasination attempts... thats a great chance to champion Xtract tech as a way to keep everyone safe. SMH
Comment by Revenant on Oct 28, 2024 12:22pm
Bullseye, you think Xtract will still have an identity, and Evans will still be involved? Keep shaking your head. You obviously don't know how Bill Gates, aka The Borg, works. Evolv will simply take Xtract's tech, and slap an Evolv Express 2.0 sticker on all the gateways. It will be like we never existed.  Evans will be paid handsomely and will go onto the next company ...more
Comment by JmacInTheNorth on Oct 28, 2024 1:25pm
That's a very draconian view.   My two cents....Evans wants to ride this to $10.   He seems maniacal about winning and beating Evolv.
Comment by Revenant on Oct 28, 2024 3:03pm
Exactly my point. Evolv would likely not let him stay involved- Evans is a visionary who needs full control- Evolv would never allow that.
Comment by kidl2 on Oct 28, 2024 6:07pm
Revenant: Ain’t speculation fun even if it’s on the dark side? LOL   Bill Gates aka the “Borg” … Can we even be certain he is still involved in EVLV? Maybe he got his seed capital out long ago? Even if he didn’t, would he supply additional capital given EVLV’s ongoing problems?   Gates and friends … Would they supply the needed capital for an EVLV takeover of XTRA?  EVLV only had ...more

Hi all, There seems to be a lot of Bill Gates the Boogey Man around.  One would think if he really cared to spend his time to influence matters, he would focus on EVLV's abhorrent business practices instead of playing around with 500 share trades, shorts, 'buyouts' that never materialize, or other hijinks with our penny stock play. I cannot see evidence that Gates still ...more

His stake in MSG and Evolv makes me think, at the very least, we are on Gates' radar.. I just hope we get out of this sub $1 CAD funk soon. At this price, Xtract is like the tourist family whose car just broke down on the south side of Chicago. Fresh meat for a buyout. By somebody.
