Ol Peter released just enough information to get the votes , then back to no information and continued manipulation, guess  share price will continue to decline, then another round of millions of shares for pennies when he runs out of money again.

Redneck2: No point in holding a company’s stock if you have no confidence in management.

I've held this stock for 5-6 years, that's what they said about Martin Cronin .

Redneck2: If you held for 5 or 6 years without trading you can’t blame anyone but yourself. The company has changed. The market has changed. The competition has changed. The technology has changed. The “NOW” is what counts and the "NOW" looks good to me.

Sounds like you're happy with the share price ! Good for you !

Redneck2: Dumb comment. XTRA is a for whatever reason manipulated microcap. Algos just having fun? Naked shorts just having fun? Being positioned for a cheap takeover? Take your pick. My guess was and remains a cheap takeover. “Cheap” would probably be somewhat north of  $1. I am ok with that and so should be anyone picking up shares at current prices.

Dumb comment would be suggesting that buy and hold is a bad strategy for this stock ! If that's the case, when should MSG sell their shares ?
Comment by FrozenInOntario on Nov 14, 2024 11:22pm
Hey Redneck, As we do not know why MSG bought those shares in the first place (and added in the following raise), pretty difficult to assess when they should sell. Out of sheer curiosity, why did you buy in the first place, hold 5-6 years when the story changed so much and they almost went under ?   When do you plan to sell ? As a recent shareholder, I can buy and wait to see if One is ...more

I bought when the company was Patriot One , they were developing products STS , CMR , ( no one talks about them anymore, but they were how they raised initial offerings)bough ltEh Eye , and before buying Xtrac , they were endorsed by Tom Ridge ,(US DHS) investors were promised a Global Rollout, three separate times on the company timelines , The company announced contracts with so-called Partners ...more

I agree with 100% of what you have just said Kid. Not many people are picking up shares at these prices as evidenced by our low liquidity. 95% of the shares, "seem," to be in solid hands though... so likely not enough bottom fishers to sway a vote on a cheap buyout imo. g
