Fire the Entire BOD

They have a lifetime job to do absolutely nothing but keep giving PE pay raises without any justification. They are all sitting there  draining the pot and intentionally tanking the share price so MSG can scoop us up for nothing. Wouldn't be surprised if they are secretly buying on the open market.

@plisken, what legal recourse do we have against the company for what appears to be an intentional neglect of their fiduciary duty. I don't believe their neglect would be very difficult to prove in a court of law as they openly show no regard to the share price manipulation. What is your take other than what most people would say, " no one stopping you from selling." That argument ...more

@jah answering that would be considered giving legal advice.. the only thing I would say is speak to an attorney.. like in my personal opinin.. yeah .. things here have seemed fishy for a while now..  I mean some of these decisions were so counterintuitive.. it's like .. is he that incompetent?? or is this intentional?? Im not saying I know anything for a fact.. but can call it stupid.. ...more

Why is it every time Jahpatriot posts, it's to ask big brother Plisken for advice? And then Plisken shuts him down. It's embarrassing. Good luck with the lawsuit against Xtract for being crappy at marketing their product. That should go far.

It's not about bad marketing.  It's about the promised "rocket ride" and projections and not delivering on neither of them.  If financials don't "rocket" within 2 quarters, I would not be surprised to see class actions.
