These guys have another issue- they are basically a glorified reseller- at the bottom of almost every webpage, it indicates "powered by CEIA Opengate". So I take it they are adding a couple AI widget to CEIA's metal detectors?

Haha what are these stadium size machines they are pushing out to market. Who in their right minds would want that. Would be time for us to start selling and quit hiding out secret solution??

No shaite, Sherlock. Only Smart Gateway was supposed to be IT.  Remember?  It'll be another who know how many months or quarters for One Gateway to be certified and then what?  Super One Gateway because One Gateway was just a prototype like Smart Gateway?

Yeah I dont care what they sell if they sell. I agree we shouldnt find comfort on competitors dumb products or any negative news until we have meaningful sales and marketshare. When Evolv showed one, I was not convinced.  When their main competitor does it - there's demand for it.

Mind boggling you find comfort in 2 of the biggest competitors (that are currently wiping the floor with us) coming out with solutions that are proven to minimize false positives and are already being sold. One Gateway isn't even approved yet, let alone sold or even seen in the wild, and you are already ecstatic about competition being left in the dust?... I have to remind you that Smart ...more

Hey, The 2 biggest competitors are coming with a solution to a problem.  For me, it validates the need in the market.   And happy to hear that some clients are buidling this stuff. It is only reasonable to focus on the future and believe that One can meet the market requirement.  And from what I see, it can take over that niche. Are there risks that it will not get its UL ...more

UL?  UL approval is not a risk.  The main risk is that One Gateway will become another Smart Gateway.  I don't understand why I have to keep stressing this point... Smart Gateway was the IT product for at least two year.  Evans kept saying it's the best and contracts are lining up, rocket ride, etc.  it PROVED to be false.   And I guess you just bought ...more
