A positive spin with Evolv

Believe this is excellent news from our competitior : they just confirmed that the fundamentals of the market are strong.  So, good for them if they pick new clients/schools with their product, there will be more than enough for Xtract to pick up.   After all, One is still not approved for selling and it is our Expedite killer....  A bit surprised that they can sell that product, it validates the demand in the market for a superior prodcut.
Lets face it, for the moment, Xtract can grow but is limited by its capital.    Pretty sure that current shareholders would be pissed off by a raise.
In the meantime, I like the emphasis on England that should bring in new revenus.

Frozen......don't disagree with anything you've said.  And espeically that there's lots of TAM to go around.  But honest question for you (from a shareholder who would indeed be pissed by another raise right now).  Do we keep plodding along with our current sales team doing a sale a week looking for breakeven maybe a year from now (thereabouts), or do we do the raise and ...more

To add to that, Davinator, would a second raise in seven months be a sign that management is not reading the room right?   Our total shares out is already significantly overinflated for a micro cap. If we need to raise capital via offering for a significant manufacturing  and sales ramp-up, expect share price to take a significant hit- we will be in mid to high 50's for a good ...more

I get that part Rev. Mostly just looking for others thoughts and if someone has a brilliant idea to ramp things up quicker cause our 1 Sale a Week vs Devolve and their 465 new subscriptions in one quarter is something I'm just mind-boggled over.

Simply put, they can't. Not on that scale. And is marketing going to bring the one thing we need the most- institutional investors? I'm convinced that fiscal break even is a significant obstruction to share price. That's the benchmark for a relatively safe institutional investment. Individual investors are definitely in wait and see mode. Even One Gateway is not getting us above ...more

Ian Cassel just publish an article on Autozone, that did focus on maximizing earnings instead of sales which lead to exceptional return.    If anybody knows Peter email,  pass it along !!! "We live in a revenue growth at all costs type of world. Investors, investment bankers, analysts – they all scream at management teams to grow faster. It takes incredible discipline to turn ...more

Even with a raise, you would not be able to crank it up to Evolv level.  And you should not want to, not sure if their land grab strategy makes sense : where is the network effect ? Would not qualify the last 2 quarters as plodding along sales.    And I believe that One is a game changer that will give a big boost to Xtract.    Coupled that with the warrants that should be ...more
