Extra Jan Divi

Last Jan we received a special dividend, extra payment.  Any word if it is inline to happen again this coming Jan?  Anyone, anyone, Bueler, Bueler?

Well, no extra payment, but we did get an increase in the monthly dividend.  I’ll take it!

>8%  divi increase for the infrequent visitors to this spot...  nice to buy and park until some other dip or sale comes along.  Better than money market returns or dog forbid, a savings account or gic.
