i am unsure if YGR wants to avg 12,000 for 2022 or want to guidance exit at 12,000? if someone can straighten me out, would be appreciated.

The highlight number for me is 4q FFO of 38 cents a share which annualized is $1.52/ share. Most of this sector runs at 2- 3x FFO which is $3.04-4.56/ share. This should be blasting off to the moon very shortly.

I liked the netback of almost 39;dollars too. and that prices right now are 17.00 above the presentation assumptions.

How much debt can they pay down?

They are guiding for 25 million or so in FCF and debt reduction. My estimates are closer to 60-70 million. Partly because they have such low price assumptions for the year and partly because they finally have some drilling momentum going. a little bit of sell on history going on right now but there is such deep value here now one day it pops like a coiled spring

The 12,000 is average for the year. They should exit over 13,000
