Production and growth back under control

Satisfied with the numbers. Per usual they write the shortest update in western canada.

nice to see production is at 10,000 boe/d. They probably lost some gas production to freeze offs so for a net number thats not too bad.

That 14.00 per share 2P number looks awesome

they are sandbagging us on cash flow this year. I bet we do closer to 160 million not the 130 million they say.

i am unsure if YGR wants to avg 12,000 for 2022 or want to guidance exit at 12,000? if someone can straighten me out, would be appreciated.
Comment by Hendrick3 on Feb 02, 2022 9:01am
That is 12,000 per day average for the year. They averaged over 10,000 for 4 q but recent wells have them exiting the year much higher than the 4 q average. That is my take but please do your own due diligence. I think this report is a huge inflection point for YGR. I would imagine higher targets and analyst upgrades are on their way along with a higher stock price. Glad to be holding a bunch here ...more

Agreed, presentation says average

The highlight number for me is 4q FFO of 38 cents a share which annualized is $1.52/ share. Most of this sector runs at 2- 3x FFO which is $3.04-4.56/ share. This should be blasting off to the moon very shortly.

I liked the netback of almost 39;dollars too.  and that prices right now are 17.00 above the presentation assumptions.

How much debt can they pay down?
Comment by TheRexmember on Feb 02, 2022 11:40am
They are guiding for 25 million or so in FCF and debt reduction.  My estimates are closer to 60-70 million. Partly because they have such low price assumptions for the year and partly because they finally have some drilling momentum going.  a little bit of sell on history going on right now  but there is such deep value here now one day it pops like a coiled spring

The 12,000 is average for the year. They should exit over 13,000
