so    appear   not  to  be  in  the market  to  keep  this below  3.00  ,  to promote  margin  call  selling

Agree.  They want as many below three and will hit the ask and seop the price before it rolls higher

Not enough retail buyers to counter.  Too much ESG and many have been turned off wnergy by the green tidal wave. They will come back as texh darlings continu to plummet like SHOP. Dividends soon and then price will move fast
