Debt and History

Can someone exain how this company got into so much overhead debt? Yes, get the docus now to bring it under &100M. Or should they srop it to $50 million sooner?

All   their   financial history  is  on  website   SEDAR   waiting  for  you  to look it up.

So over 7 years from the top in 2015....they continued to not manage wisely.  I know prices went real low.  However, were there changes in key management positions? I like what I see now- low costs and own oil service team, etc. anything else?

Yes, it would appear that way. Financing was not managed well at all. For those first 4 years of that range you mention, it wasn't. Nor were there any major changes to the management team that I'm aware of to influence their decisions. For 2015 and 2016 they raised money, mostly, by issuing additional shares (equity financing) as opposed to increasing the bank debt. However, throughout ...more

Hungus, I take the contrarian view. IT'S GOOD (for us) that they have taken this approach. Why? If the stock was fully valued I wouldn't be here. The fact that there is upside not yet realised is the gift.
