What's up with Cardium

Why do these companies all trade like garbage. Stocks up. Oil up. Gas up. All other energy stocks up. Ipo bne ygr obe all down. Going on for months now.

patience needed... I think its a liquidity issue. A lot of investment money sitting on the sideliens waiting for the fed to pause. No buyers are out there. Also during uncertainty money shifts to large caps.
