New wells on PN....

All around horrible results

Where are these well results  from. just wondering if you can be more specific about flow rates and days online. Most importantly are  they from the Chambers area. TIA NPF

6 well pad which looks like an average of 70 bpd oil... hopefully the decline is not too bad... it seems typical for YGR... outside of a few boomers the average is not great... certainly no where near the typical type curve.. think garbage results are more than priced in at the moment. 80 wti and under $2

But keep in mind YGR can get 100 barrels a day less oil than their competitors in Cardium for first 150 days and still be equal cause they drill and tie in so much cheaper than a Petrus or even IPO.

Agreed.  Maybe they had to restrict production and choke back due to gas plant constraints....at least I am hoping the case.

Hopefully?  Does that make sense though?  I'm not sure...

I am not quite sure what they mean by "chambers" area. I don't see that terminology on their map at all. I thought the new gas plant would be in this area: 100033503910W500 But the wells that are stuggling are here: 100151204009W500

Results would not be chambers. The PR in March says chambers only were going online in March and these are February results.
Comment by nearpeakfreak on Apr 03, 2023 8:38pm
Chambers is West Ferrier on the map of Nov presentation.
Comment by cfliesser on Apr 03, 2023 8:39pm
yes, so new gas plant is no where near new wells that are producing in Feb.
Comment by kavern23 on Apr 03, 2023 10:26pm
Cliff they did a new faculty of 15 mmcf in Chambers but they also expanded one of their existing plants from 25 to 35...'As part of this turnaround, a debottlenecking project was completed which increased facility capacity from 25 mmcf/d to 35 mmcf/d' YGR did 2 projects. Key question is this debottlenecking project in Ferrier..as if so maybe that effected those wells as they would be ...more

The wording makes it seem like the debottlenecking was completed in January. I don't think its related. Why would they bring new wells online to be bottlenecked?
Comment by kavern23 on Apr 04, 2023 11:44pm
It's strange they didnt have any type of drop in production in dec, jan and feb doing this project...which is why I am saying was YGR rerouting some NG to other plants...not sure if they have capabilty but they might...although production would suffer abit if going a distance. YGR needs the production, going to be bringing in new wells as fast as they can.
