Bank Syndicate Weak

Their   bank   syndicate  is   weak  too  with   few  participants   ,   seemingly   unwilling   to  finance   a  normal    course    issuer   bid   for    shares    which   should have been a tool   they   had   at their disposal   these   past   few  years.

Debt target first. Then ncib. Not a bad plan. But if you are for short term then yes frustrating
