To put this in context you can't look at the comparisons to BNE, IPO, PRQ, yada yada yada. You really need to look back to March 2020. We all remember that fun time when Saudis decided to teach the Russians a lesson and oil went negative. Well, at it's lowest YGR had an EV of about $225M ($.30 share price and $200M debt). Fast forward to today and we now have an EV of $232M ($1.22 share

Oh yes, and sprinkle in a little tax loss selling and a motivated short and there you have it.

It's going to be ugly into year end. I know a person who just started buying this stock a few weeks ago. He sold 90k shares on the pink sheets today recognizing the loss before year end probably never to return to this name. We need to turn the page on tax loss selling and hope for some good news in 2024. Maybe a 10 week record cold snap can turn this around. When a stock gets down like this

So that's what it takes. 90k shares to drop the SP by a dime and not a single buyer wanting to step up to buy.  90k shares to raise the SP a penny.

If it helps 90k share sale took it down to $1.26. Something else took it the rest of the way. I bought a bunch at $1.23 and it didn't do a thing to the bid/ask. Troubled times.

Must   have  wanted  to maximize  his loss by  selling  on  the  Pink  Sheets  .

He is in the US. It dropped quite a bit after he sold. He could buy it 5 cents cheaper today.  I bought some more at $1.21 this morning. Crazy that it is selling at the same EV as it's all time low in 2020.

This blows my mind.  How is it possible to value a company at March 2020 valuation when oil is at 70 something. 60 was considered pretty good pre covid...
