Belly River well Confidential Status
I just noticed we won't know the flow rates of the Belly river well in Chambers, as is it confidential status until November.

Obvious conclusion it is so good they want to buy more land before releasing results.

Likely they have posted neighbouring lands that the plan to bid on and don't wish to provide the competition with any useful information.

This is all BS...only reason Belly river is not announced is it wasnt fracked or on production in Dec. It spudded mid Novemeber....and YGR does batch fracing and wouldnt frac just one well in Chambers. YGR would have fracked the belly and two chambers cardium...in January at the same time.

There was some sadness about initial production on some wells a few weeks ago. Any chance those wells were still awaiting fracking?

A frac is done before it goes on production. If the IP results aren't good then there is not much you can do except put a pump jack on it when the pressure drops.

Companies in cardium look like they wait as long as possible before putting pumpjack on especially in willy and pembina. When new Bonterra or Inplay wells after 6-14 months after online start bringing in water...that is when pumpjack is on.... On different note some wells can gain production if too much sand is brought in and service rig can fix this.

This is what weve been doing. Cleanouts / water shut offs. Doesnt take long for scale to build up or to sand off casing. Cleanout to toe, evaluate then shut off that water drive.
