Reverse split of 1 for 4 needed

Would tighten the capitalization  and  give   alot  of margin  buying power to  existing  holders  and  insiders.  With  a higher   stock  price  there  would  be  more  perception  of quality  .  Even  the bank might like  it (LOL)  . We  would  get  more  comparison  to    5.00  a share companies   rather than those   at   ...99   cents !

Yikes.... you would have to be a special kind of stupid to buy a ultra low vol stock like this on margin. You think the volume comes up on R/S? Worst idea I've ever heard. Consider the source tho...

A reverse split would destroy this stock price. It's a signals to shorters to go all in. My experience with Obe 7 for 1 reverse split was enough to tell me this is poison to share price. Obe went from just under a dollar pre 7 for 1 split to 20 cents post split or about a 95% drop. No thanks on the reverse split

Its  already  destroyed  .  Regression  studies    show   weakness  for   5-6  months   and  outperformance  after   that   time  period  .   Looks   like    pro   sellers   today   using  an iceberg at   1.14& ...more

If you are  correct  ( you could be )   imagine   how   many  more   shares   you and  other  bulls  could  buy  on   weakness  and   those   that   choose   to  buy   on   margin   could   more    ...more

I don't think you understand the shorts will drive it below a margin able price. That's the play for the shorts. Panic ensues and they cover. Obe 7 for 1 reverse split is an excellent case study for learning what not to do. Biggest mistake they ever made.

I  understand   that   however   no one  today  is   using  this   stock   for   margin   and   reverse  would    take   it   to   say   4.60   .  Shorts   would  be better   to  go  ...more

you know what, I would actually be happy if this happened.  opportunity to buy at an even bigger discount. but still reverse stock splits are desperate and a waste of time and effort.

One   saving  I  have   seen   is   that  at  the time  of  the reverse   all   shareholders    left   holding  an  odd   lot   are  simply   paid   in   cash   .  This    reduces   transfer ...more
