Yangarra Resources Ltd > 80 Million Debt Target

80 Million Debt Target

Realistic timeliness for hitting debt target?

April probably did about 8 million FCF.

May probably about 6 million FCF.

Brings debt to about 95 million end of May.

Problem is with minimal Q2 capex CF in June and July probably drops to around 6-7 million if aeco stays low.

Best case scenario then is $2 million FCF per month if Capex stays reduced at $5 million per month. Would mean debt target hit roughly 7 months from now or end of year.

A lot of non core assets to larger cimpanies are for sale around Alberta. It feels like more long term plans will be released at some point in 2024...like a new three plan I do think ygr likes to be company looking at leading edge industry trends ...more

If they took a month off drilling they could buy back 10% of the company.  My vote would be for that. Continue high graded opportunities, JVs, buybacks, debt reduction.  Debt reduction is a big deal also. Going from 120 million to 80 million means 4 ...more
