Tuesday July 30, after market closes. I asked investor relations.

Results trickling in. Oil names WCP and VRN both are $10 stocks with funds flow of under $1.  Gas name AAV is a $10 stock with fund flow of $0.25.  Natural gas is ugly and Q3 likely even worse.

Both wcp and vrn also showed how technology and efficacy improvements are further helping the economic s on new well drills. some parts of Duvernay can outperform montney now. the real interesting q2 are going to be companies with old assets or ones that are sour gas and require processing costs to get the ng making it a negative cash flow at current aeco spot prices. Companies that can drill ...more

Did you see pieridae energy press release? Shut in 6250 boe of sour gas. Old shell assets. effecrive july 26th. Problem is when Alberta isn't plus 30 but cooler temps like now...aeco crashes under 1 dollar. Hopefully enough shut ins of higher operating wells will lift aeco closer to 1.50. more news of industry ng high costs wells coming,
