Rex

No idea on prices Kavern.

worldwide inventories are at a record low, SPR is at half of what it was 2 years ago and the world used record amounts of hydrocarbons WHILE China's economy is supposed to be in the tank, US economic growth prospects are supposedly bad.

It looks like a financial market anomaly to me. Perhaps the oil carry trade has been unwound so futures contract prices are down.

My Tenaz is the top O andG performer this year (where the Rex comes from) but even it is still comparatively cheap when looking at PDP numbers.

Nat gas is going to be volatile forever I think. Every time there is a dramatic weather event, every time an LNG facility goes offline, every time construction delays prevent takeaway when supply is ahead of the curve. We just need to get through this year.

The bottom line on LNG is that it does not matter which market you are talking about. All foreign import markets are far more expensive than our domestic market - so the arbitrage opportunity exists.

Kavern - again you don't know what you are talking about. the last takeover was funded 50% by cash on hand. The previous one was 100% cash on hand. No dilution since 2018 at PNE.  one well is basically irrelevant. 200 boe of condy out of 5000 boe/d for total liquids is meaningless.  next.
