Time to add?

Tempting but like many other got burned by this Management team before.  Interesting to see how far it drops with WTI below $70.

Everyone's crystal ball seems very cloudy right now lol. I think as long as WTI doesnt go below 65....YGR stays between 95 cents to 1.10...Septemeber is going to be a very shaky month. But low 60's on oil and this is likely 80 cents...75-90 cents range if oil is low. I don't know where oil is going to trade but if it reaches a low I think it will be 58 dollar wti...that would be the ...more

On bright side...at least lower oil prices will help natural gas eventually rebalance faster. If oil ever drops below 65...watch NG prices will stregthen towards 3 dollars in USA.

No bad questions dude. Lower wti prices may lower amount of rigs drilling plays that have both oil and associated gas production. Lots of montney oil wells still produce 300-500 boe eq natural gas. Less wells need to be drilled in North America...period. 220 rigs working in western Canada and that is too much for amount of wells that payback under 1 year being drilled. montny wells that do 60k ...more

A lot of companies are going to be hesitant to pull back on rest of 2024 drilling plans because it is so bad when energy service companies have to do lays offs. Right now is perfect amount of drilling at 220 when things are not too hot or cold..in fact still too much iron out there but better with rig culls over last 3 years. companies like whitecap, baytex etc want competition in service sector ...more
