Yng is still going as planned.  Unfortunately, the plans are delayed.  So it's delay, delay, delay.  Nothing new to report and nothing old...just delay, delay and delay

Hopefully this delay will come to a head shortly and things will proceed as planned.

I believe they wanted all the ducks in line for 1stQ so we can have a decent profit in that 1stQ.

Let's hope the delay will be short lived with no problems from EPA...then I believe it's full steam ahead...JMO
