Sounds like YNG had a blame storming meeting, and the contractor gets it.  No one at YNG is accountable for anything?  Were they not there?  Come on really.  The technology for those scrubbers is out there for everybody.
Nevada wanted the best available technology, so I guess your buying that graham just invented the best available technology.  I really don't get it.

Yes HardRock on the technology.Also, yes, I agree they were there, but perhaps the right people weren't there that could see a problem.The info I got was from someone very credible and I don't  think he's into blaming anyone.  But the facts are the facts.  If they were not doing the job right , then they should not be so disapointed in their outcomeI also know they have
