First we will find out who Francois Marland is....He is the agent for Orifer , and what is Orifer, goto orifer.com...it is a Luxenburg based holding company that has investments in gold mining firms.

Orifer owns 54 million shares of YNG, (last December), and are the controlling share holder. Robert Baldock the CEO, and Graham Dickson the COO are the appointed directors by Orifer.

Now the duct work is on site....and also Graham is on site  working to get the system in place. They have approx 80 employees as of now. To say the installation is completed...I don't know....but it should be finished by now...or sometime this weekend...then it will be tested and approved. ....then up and running

As far as the counter suit....MYNG probably doesn't have a leg to stand on.

The mine manager has also been working to pick out the ore zones to mine first.

Orifer want's this to be a "good" producing mine and mill property

WOW.......I must have pissed someone...I try to find out what is happening in this company, and someone takes exceptions to what I say, or post..... Good post romara,What everybody has to remember is that everybody seems to be hitting hard times.  The companies that do something about it will make it through.  YNG has not put out a news report in a while, and yes we are awaiting the startup of the mill.  But what was stated previously, the PR people can't just say "oh we're gonna start on Tuesday", and a formal
