I wouldn't worry about that......it's history now. I was informed they don't have leg to stand on....they were negligent in the performance of their duties....they caused secondary environmental problems...that's why the whole mill was shut down......    Richard

You were informed, more like BS'd.  They shut the whole mill down because the scrubbing system was not in place, any other reason they are telling you is pure BS.

it doesn't matter which side you belive, YNG has to pay for the mess more or less. if YNG could make a deal shortly by giving MYNG  a small bone, it's better than feeding lawyers for long long time.

I read the paper, but I don't read into it for conspiracy that isn't there.  Graham was there trying to squeeze the gold out, and the NDEP enforced what had been agreed to, period.  You were told about the roasters, you just weren't  told about the other stuff.  I have a feeling we all get spoon fed information, or more like no information not the least of which is ...more

It's like the info from Nicole about how the miners were mining baron rock.  That statement alone is damning to an investor that doesn't know mining.  In mining, that is called developement (to get to an ore body), they forgot to mention that, they also forgot to tell you that that was their plan.Put 2 and 2 together and you'll see that if they get the mines started, there is ...more

There will always be two sides to a story.  Here's how I see it as someone involved at the extreme far edges...YNG was/is cash strapped and cutting corners were need be, and only paying those costs absolutely necessary to get the mill to the gold pouring stage earlier this year.  During this process they limited funding of certain capital improvments to the mill that were not ...more
