Didn't say this, but I was talking to someone with authority to say something...but I will not quote them.....NDEP authorization should be in place in a couple of days......by the end of July. They are awaiting the certificate to operate the mill.........For all it's worth......I know it's the "dog days of summer" ..........I just thought that I would pass this on to the board ......... i would be surprised if they could have it done by the end of July. delay is usual according to YNG's record. but i guess this has been priced in already.today, somebody sets a floor at 0.13 by renewing bid size to 499500. we have seen similar action, but on  the ask side for a few days.
