It cannot help that the new major stockholder comes in for five pennies and gets control and then allows twenty million options to insiders.

Once again, it seems that Mr. Chafee and Mr. Dickson have looked after themselves pretty good, while public shareholders have been shafted.  When the stock price was on the way down from $1.18, or so, to less than 0.50, I remember asking Nicole how come insiders weren't buying.  She said there was a 'blackout' period.  Yeah right! These people are not credible ...more

In case you don't know...Chaffee and Dickson are only Directors...Dickson is also the COO and his job is to get the Jerritt Canyon mill up and running....and if that dosen't happen....I am sure the majority shareholder "Orifer" and their man...the new CEO will have something to say about it. Dig a little deeper into the story now....this isn't YNG of last year ......Richard

I would buy that it's a different company, if Mr. Marland / Orifer had gotten rid of the people who ran the company into the ground, people who started up the mine after almost a year only to shut it down again.  How is the company much different with the same incompetents involved in running the company?  Show me some earnings.

We can't get earnings until we get Au ore production.....which we hope is soon....remember when they get approval....they will probably be the cleanest mill in the Nevada gold areas...sure there has been some speed bumps....but believe me....they "YNG" want this mill to get back into production....Richard
