Orifer

Orifer is a Luxemborg holding company with, most probably, just one gold project, i.e., T.YNG.  They are very likely looking to make a quick buck.  Back in May, Orifer bought loads of cheap shares (at 0.05 Cdn) for a couple of million dollars, or so.  However, Orifer doesn't seem to be offering much new talent to the management team.  On Orifer's website, guess who is listed as the C.O.O. of Orifer?

No...don't tell me...it our own Graham Dickson...... maybe they (Orifer) know something we don't know....If we don't get the permits....then I will question Dickson's ability. I have been told, that he designed the state of the art mercury recovery system that has been installed at Queenstake's Jerritt Canyon mill. I am really long on this company....and if I had more dollars ...more

Maybe, maybe, maybe...there is nothing wrong with putting a positive spin on everything; it's a nice way to live. However, in this particular situation, I look at things a little differently.  Orifer has no depth of knowledge and experience in the gold mining industry that they bring to the table.  T.YNG is very likly their 'foot in the door' of the gold bull market. Here is ...more

AIMer300....About Orifer....I assume...(.I know assume is a bad word to use),  did their due diligence. YNG is more then just Queenstake at Jerritt Canyon.......Just look at the Jerritt Canyon et al for what YNG is. Compared to other properties out there...we have a lot of potential. If you are weak....sell out and move on, if you want to stay...be patient, because our day is near. This ...more

The way I view things, there is more than enough fluff and BS put out by the company.  I prefer to look at facts, and be realistic about future prospects.  If or when the company delivers some positive results, I'll gladly praise the management.BTW, someone who reads French can have a look at the info below and tell us the date Orifer SA was ...more

Guys....I didn't marry this company....it doesn't even know that I own it......I may not like the management also....but I have to live with it.You may have grievance's against the management for what has happened....and to say Orifer has had a short life is probably correct.......who ever Orifer is, has put more then a few bucks into YNG....and probably saved it from fully collapsing ...more
