Talked with Nicole

I just spent some time talking with Nicole....all she could say the Consent Decree is floating back and forth between the lawyers of YNG...and NEPA ....there isn't anyway YNG can speed up the application.....I even brought up the situation of having a Provisional Consent Decree to get the mill in operation......We discussed that, but that is up to management...if it is possible. I even asked Nicole to get the company to do a PR.....but there isn't anything to say.....and they (PR's) cost money.

Just a thought on closing....maybe we will get the Consent Decree when gold is at 1200....then we will be all smiling....but now we are crying with the pain.....Richard

spell checking for i"s and "t"s won't take 2 weeks so long, paper work won't take 2 months.  it seems to me that NDEP is delaying the process intentionally for reason we don't know. what made it worse is that NDEP is reluctant to explain, and yng people's big mouths are sealed off.
