Some thoughts

The company has been very poorly managed.  Long-standing shareholders have suffered while the incompetents kept diluting and giving themselves huge amounts of options.  How come those that drove the company into the ground still have jobs?

Having said the above, I doubt that Golden Eagle has much of a case against T.YNG.  Their lack of performance is what caused the NDEP to shut down the mill the second time around.  The suit is basically a non-starter.

As, what I have heard from YNG........MYNG does't have a leg to stand on.......they are the reason the mill is totally shut down now....through their negligence. Management would not order them off the site, unless they had a legal opinion to do so.........Richard  .....   dispatches from Isle Madame

i don't know who has legs, but do know both yng's and myng's management are incompetent. neither of them can be trusted.  unless myng accepted a 2-3 million settlement, it would be a long time battle. i don't care who would win eventually, because i would be out of this game long before the end.

talkswitch is right in that the litigation, if it goes forward, would likely be long and bloody and very very costly both in terms of legal fees and in terms of the delay that a court would cause in any mine development if something like an injunction were granted pending court resolution. The more likely scenario is that a settlement will be reached beforehand - junior miners are usually not very ...more

Good and thoughtful post vanked. I agree that litigation is not very useful. If however it can be established early that GoldEagle is a bulletin boarder (with 2 billion shares out)trying to milk the situation then a smart judge will be able to toss early. In contracts the ability to establish a total breakdown of a deal when a screwup by the operator is so serious as to threaten the entire ...more
