Initially, I didn't want to let YNG vote my shares.  After talking to her...we must.

They need the cash to pay off vendors and get production going

Listen, Sproot is giving 1&1/2 million at .125 cents for warrents and can't sell for 30 months.  They dilute the stock by about 10 million.  I think it will be a good investment 30 months from now. 

I think with what this co will do, produce gold, explore, probably buy mines, etc. etc with new guy (Balldock) we will be happy campers..thus my signing as soon as letter reaches my home

I want to encourage all to sign.

Embry can sell right away.Read the public release. They last for 30 months.Unbeleievable.
