romara .. don't get distracted by irrelevant statistics.  Ignore the yng.wt they have only traded twice in 10 weeks.  The trade that took place today was for a total of only$645.  Most probably the purchaser was a small timer confused about what he was buying.   The warrants that matter and are the subject of the inducement offers do not trade on a stock exchange to my ...more

The warrants that matter and are the subject of the inducement offers do not trade on a stock exchange to my knowledge. Not trading but the inducement warrants still have immense value. They don't have to tarde to have value. 30 months term. Big volatility factor. Low strike price. The award of them is likely several hundred million dollrs of value. And i am not talking about what the balance ...more

algrove....I wasn't getting distracted....I was just posting some info that someone may, or could use....I myself wouldn't gamble on them.....if someone could guarantee this stock to be 5 or 6 bucks in a couple of years....well that's different.......Richard

I did not imply that these warrants had anything to do with the "NEW" warrants....they were just posted after I was advised by someone that they had increased that much. So I went and found them and tried to post the whole page....wouldn't post....so I just posted the site for all to read.....Maybe some posters, or followers have them and have forgotten, or written them off as ...more

yes, YNG needs more cash.  however, there is no reason to sell shares at 0.125. there is no need to issue  inducement warrants. Volume on Friday is 7.1 million, closed at 0.34. MM is willing to pay much higher, and volume is big. there should be no problem to make a better PP dealthey are stealing the company. plain and simple.

Talkswitch,  Myself and 98% of long holders will agree with you,  but I have been with this Sh-t stock for so long,  And I should have gotten out years ago,  But I didn't ,  I now hold on just to try and get a few bucks back,  I have averaged down  by buying a few more shares and If I had the money to spare I would have bought more when it was below 10 ...more

Sometime ago, someone told me the following:People know when they are treated well, and when they are being shafted. In this situation, shareholders know that they are being shafted.Right now, the company could very well raise capital in a way that does not screw existing shareholders.  What they propose is robbery, isn't it?Some here are ...more

AIMer300....I'm not Artie....but I will try and answer some of your questions....one thing is when hard dollars were needed ,,,where were the banks...the answer to that is...banks were not lending...nobody was lending...some firms advanced money to YNG as an investment....with probably special rights (warrants) Remember we are still breathing...not into receivership with vultures picking ...more

Widebody....the deal was already consemated when the shares were issued...I know it stinks....but that's in the past, and as I quote earlier about the pig farmer...I know it stinks....but it's money to be made....The company still is alive....what would it's fate been if shares were not issued and cash raised.....it must have taken a lot of sweetners to get the cash to keep this ...more

Richard...what's your role here, to beat up on anyone who calls a spade a spade? If it's a done deal, why do they need our votes? They have a fiduciary responsibility to do the right thing for all stockholders, not just themselves. However, it seems to me that, as long as the stock could just get to 60 cents and you could make yourself some money, that's all that matters to you.  ...more

In Richard's defence..you have a right to your opinion, but all it is is an opinion.I take issue with someone who knocks Richard while he is giving us this valuable info. And yes..it's all about the moneyNo one is stealing the company..you have your shares and I have mine...no one stole them .  All YNG did was put me in the plus side like many others this last week.Let's stop this& ...more

If it's a done deal, why do they need our votes?Indeed!!!! If its a done deal the disinterested stockholders is a farce and should ordered to be a much smaller group. If banditry has engaged prevotes from big stockholders then they are not disinterested are they.Somebody is going to be nicked.
