Brown Envelope in the Mail

I got a brown envelope in the mail today with all kinds of goodies....telling me about insiders who post on the board and state they are disinterested voters, who can only see one way to vote and that's for the Inducement Warrants...heh....how about that?...that's dirty pool....just gives us Disinterested Voters more clout to vote no.

My research is right now is.....Are these Inducement wrrants something new?....or were they part of the original package of shares and warrants? ....That is going to be the question that I will have to answer.

If this was an added on to give people sweetheart warrants to friends and family and ORIFER SA.....with these Inducement Warrants ORIFER SA will have almost a 50% ownership of YNG....ownership by issuing of warrants to themselves....To me outright thieves......

I think you shareholders out there should start reading back NR's to see what the facts are...and what is going to happen............Richard

Richard the news releases on the private placements were  Nov 4/08 then Dec4/08, Dec10/08(close) and Dec19/08. Then Feb4/09, Feb12/09 and Feb27/09(close). There was a private placement news release on Mar17/09 but it didn't have a follow up close announcement. Finally there were Aug10/09(announcing Aug7 close) and Aug31/09.None of those news releases talk or disclose to the shareholder ...more

aristo, thanks...I will look at that later today...I have to go out of town early this morning....but I will be going through all the NR's....it seams like these Inducemet Warrants will almost double the number of shares from the mid 300 million up into the mid 600 million shares....stealing a company by floating warrants for the insiders......Richard

Hey there Richard.  It's worse than that. The outstanding existing warrants (not inducement warrants) will almost double the shares outstanding. The point everyone is trying to make is that if inducement warrants are added and get overlaid on top of the existing warrants then the shares outstanding could almost TRIPLE. Just not acceptable.

aristo....In my mind these people came in with hard cash when banks and brokerage houses were tied up with those pieces of worthless ppaper....I don't mind the original warrants that were with shares issued for the cash.....They will do more allright when they convert.....But what I don't like is the inducement warrants...at first I though that it was OK fo Sprott....but now...no....nobody ...more

Yes Richard the original warrants were hard enough to accept when they were announced. Now we see they were  more than ample reward for the investors and insiders that came into the private placements. The existing warrants are well in the money.  The other sticking point is that when you analyze all those private placements between Nov/08 and now you see they raised very little money ...more

aristo....I have being talking rights to Nicole for quite awhile....she mentions that to the CEO....that a lot of shareholders would rather go with a Rights Offering to raise money then these carpet bagging warrants type financing.Notice to anyone phoning Nicole,,,she will be out of the office for a couple of weeks....so send your concerns by e-mail.....telling her....That if the company needs ...more

Insiders and employees should never post on chat lines even to correct rumours or bad information. Most companies have disclosure policies that prohibit that. Feeding chat lines indirectly through proxies is no better. Companies are free to monitior chat lines  As for information dissemination and communication to shareholders and potential shareholders there has to be "Fair Discloure ...more
