I have spoken with the person handling the YNG file and these are the figures I got ffom the :

Total shares excluded 213,000,000

Eligible share votes: 156,964,332 ....wich means 50% plus 1 must vote "for" the Inducement Warrants for this to pass....that 78,482,166 votes plus 1 for 78,482,167 votes....

So vote accordingly,
