Here is a post I posted on the TLG bullboard.....I don't know who is doing all the trading...but...it's game over for the common share holder .....Richard
"What is going to happen here....TLG, will be dissolved...existing shares will be worthless, YS Mining will end with the new assets and name...the corporate shell is already in existence, and they will change the name, and trade as YS Mining. By doing it this way, they do not need , or to qualify the company before listing on the TSX.V
This has been in the works for almost 2 years. The owners of YS Mining, YNG, and the Chinese Mining company will hold porportional shares in the new company. To trade...they will need a public float....I can see a share dividend to YNG shareholders, and to the Chinese Company, they will sell off enough to make a decent float, but hold control with YNG.
With all the trading today, I wonder if they know they are trading in a defuct company....whose assets are held by a note held by YS Mining. The new Board of Directors are already in place...just go to the site and look at the NR's
Taglish Gold is history.............Richard"

Its an recommended up grade for TLG not YNG, and if it drops it will be called a downgrade, And as far as YNG being a good day trader, It swings enough at even a penny or half penny to make you money, and most

Artie...I can see why they upgraded TLG.....new majority owners, new board, and access to new money. The "old" TLG didn't have a cent to spend....they owed a lot of money to McQuarrie....YS Mining bought the note and now controls TLG .......just my thoughs .....Richard
