Produced     18,441 Sold          9,876 Where is the  8,565 ounces not sold?8,565 * 1,200 = 10,278,000if YNG had 10 million more income, it would have 6 million profit. what's going on?

As to what I have been told....the difference between what was produced, and what was sold....is that the different  amount was in the smelting system for the last quarter...but not ready to be sold ...I understand now how it happens....It's been a great day....and things are going to get better. If Robert Baldock and Graham Dickson can get this mill and mine really going like we see ...more

i was told the same. but it doesn't make any sense.  producing is not produced.how about a car that still on the assembly line?  how about ounces in the stockpile that has been mined?more important, if it's produced, the 10 million$ value should be on the balance sheet, which is not the case. something is wrong!

talkswitch.....produced but not sold....what value does it have???? ......No value until it is sold.....Richard

i'm not sure what kind of accountant, except YNG's,  would teach you that.  Gold is one of the easiest assets to liquidate. doesn't matter if you sell it or not, once produced, it has value. even a car, once produced, it has inventory value & the value will show on the balance sheet.

If you are so concerned about it and want an answer .... why don't you phone the company ? I am surethey will  gladly explain it to you ...As for gold easy to liquidate .... I am not sure how they do it but I used to work wth a contracft hauling gold froma mine in BC. The did not ship it raw ... once it was produced they still had lots to do with it and they melted itinto bars etc ...more

Good point Richard .... like most of us that want the company to succeed and are making money .. we do get tired of the not only negativity but the constant crapping on the company ... To me the past belongs in the past but I guess some just can't let go and be happy things are turning around.I for one am overwhelmed with the performance of this company since I bought in and so is my tax ...more
