bobzruncle.....not really....from my source...and the NR...NWM is buying in for a piece of the new company "NEWCO" for 60 million dollars...that puts a value on Ketza properties of at least 120 million...and after the debts of TLG are paid off...that will leave 55 million dollars in the treasury to put both the Ketza properties and the TLG properties into production....YNG will control
