Potpourri

Take a day off and find all kinds of info, comments, so I'll join in.
Artie, not all us retired ,combat experienced ,military on this forum fall for the YNG Headquarters BS the way Richard does.  Remember, he is a "Peacetime Veteran?" , and they are noted for  being great "mouthfighters".I pity him for his gullibility.  I am  really amazed at how the suckers, oops, investors, fell for the YNG BS the way we did . YNG has not reported one cent of profit for over  four and a half years and has LOST well over  $200,000,000 in that period of time, and yet I read all the "Sucker Talk" on this forum about how great YNG is, and is going to be. Time for a "REALITY CHECK" .
As  for  the class action lawsuit filed by the workers for their back pay from 2008, pay for work they did for YNG over 2 years ago.   According to a retired military JAG (Judge Advocate General) attorney, YNG has violated the gag order and should be found "IN CONTEMPT"  by the court. This is just  a cheap trick by YNG to try to turn the workers against their attorneys, a wedge issue, and even try to get some sympathy  for "POOR OLD YNG".  I said monthes ago that YNG would try to "lowball" the workers and it has come true. It  was suggested by the JAG atty  that the workers demand a speedy trial and let a jury decide the merits of the case, and let a jury of their peers come up with a fair settlement, and stop tryng to deal with POOR YNG, and take the judge out of the equation.  They have been stalled long enough.

Now that the third quarter is done, I am speculating as to how much """""money they made"""""". I am guessing it couldn't have been too much if they are trying to nickle and dime the hardworking folks in Elko, Nevada AGAIN.If they are pouring 150,000 oz per year (b-llsh-t), paying these good people should not be an issue.  Once again, ...more

YNG wants to limit 401k settlements to $75,000. If I had $300,000 in the 401k, then I certainly would not be happy with this provision.Sounds like another LOW BALL (LOW BLOW) by YNG. management. How much of Newmont's stockpile on the pad have they milled ? Or how much is still owed to Newmont ?Caddo

caddo.....if you read the original news report...the workers involved in the lawsuit seem to be happy with the settlement....what they don't like is that  their lawyers are hampering the settlement. Here is what was said about  401K"The offer also is for $75,000 to cover any 401k contribution claims and $100,000 in enhancements for the five named plaintiffs, according to court ...more

Yeah Caddo, "call the office" because Graham Dickson and Robert Baldock's puppets always tell the truth. If you do "call the office", ask them how many of the 24 million options have been dumped into marketplace so far, as they do not report them as required by securities commission on a timely basis.
