Re ecl61 Posts

Hi ecl61. I have to say , your posts seem to have a tone of posts that I have read previously from a different source .That old deja vu.  I am pleased you are doing well with YNG, for now.  I wonder if 2010 is relevant to you?   YNG, in 2010 qtr1,qtr2,qtr3, has lost $80,000,000, while producing about 40,000 ozs  au. We were told YNG would produce 150,000 ozs au  in 2010, so the 4th qtr will have to be spectacular. Besides, 150,000 ozs has no special significance, it is apparently just an arbitrarily picked number because it sounds good.  YNG is working Jerrit Canyon with one mine, the  Smith mine. Jerrit Canyon has been worked very  thoroughly since 1981, 30 LONG   YEARS. Three of the four  Jerrit Canyon mines are now closed, and the Smith Mine is being worked  well past it's projected life span.  The old management, or the so called new management , would  have to be super magicians to reach the great goals they have laid out. from that single mine.  You say YNG is a turn around story, but you do not provide any " facts"   supporting that position.  Sorry, but you are spouting the SOS, SAME OLD SHIP, many of us have  been hearing  for over 4 years. May I humbly suggest you go to the TSX, OTC website,   pull  up YNG, and read "YNG IS AN UNPROFITABLE COMPANY". Good Luck ecl61.          A few "FACTS" and  JMHO             ICE

I understand YNG management projected production of 150K oz from August 2010 to August 2011, not in calendar 2010. Given the very hard winter so far in Nevada, we shall see how the q4 production comes in. It is likely the market got a hint about the winter at the recent conference. Weakness may persist into the spring unless the price of gold takes another leap.A large part of the reason that I ...more

Quote YouA large part of the reason that I think it is reasonable to accept Baldock's business plan is the reality of the price of gold at $1300+. The lower grade ores in Nevada were not economical to mine when gold was $4-500. The plan is to exploit ores that at one time were not profitable   Do You Really Think Badcock can do wonders,  LOL    Ask him about ...more
