Private Placement

YNG had a private placement today in Europe (can't retrieve article, so not 100% accurate)
I think it was about 3,000,000.

Hi Jim the $3.00 warrants had a big volume of trading today. 3.35 million traded at 2-5 cents today. Someone raising some cash and someone figuring there is value in a $3.00 warrant that lives until 2012.
