Orifer has a buyer for their warrants - who will turn them to shares to hold. That's what I was told.Not only that ,  they forfeited the discount offered.

that is the problem, no newsthey refuse to say how many warrants were exercised by april 13th and they always trumpet anything remotely positive.....no news is bad news with this management.also, could have something to do with Orifer selling all their warrants on Apr27th and new owners of warrants hammering this stock methodically.....though will take a while as there were millions and millions
