Interesting fantasy.  The warrant inducement was "disappointing" so I don't believe the warrants mentioned here were exercised.  Regarding financing, $150 million is no small chunk of change and YNG is desperate.  If they manage to get it done, the dilution will be ginormous.  Finally, the recent projections for this year are contingent on the capital program ain& ...more

I like your take on the situation.  I wouldn't touch YNG will a ten foot pole right here. I may take a speculative postition in this toward the end of the Summer at a much lower cost  and when maybe some of these other issues will be worked out.  Too much uncertainty with what's going on at the moment.

Agree.  I really want to like this company.  There aren't many large pure plays on US gold mining.  But this company is a financial disaster at the moment.   I hadn't realized how bad it is until I dug a bit and asked some questions.  I encourage others to do likewise.
