Morgan Stanley plays the close again
Isn't that illegal ? I lost my level 2 access when I sold most of my stocks but appears they did it again at the end of the day and raised the price of the stock from 31 cents per share to 34 cents per share ...
Wow can they get away with doing this day after day after day ... they must have played to lose to be doing this !!! and
if they in fact did and are raising the price at the end of the day like this with buying they should be checked out.
