If there is a 33.8% premium on the 10 day moving average of $5.20 US dollars, that would equal $6.96 US or $8.75 Canadian. Now the stock is trading up only 4.5% at approx. $7.04 Canadian. Do I have to go back to math class? What gives?

It is an all-stock deal and the shares of the purchaser cratered after the announcement.

No premium for shareholders. I'm sure management has made out quite well!
